Stunning Home Renovation Project in Vaughan

Our team completely transformed the main floor of this home, delivering an open-concept space that is perfect for entertaining. The renovation included several major changes, including the removal of five load-bearing walls and the replacement of all the windows and doors with high-end black vinyl, both inside and out. We also converted a den into a full laundry room and turned the old laundry room into a mudroom. Adding a door from the garage made it easy to access the home, while a beautiful glass partition wall created a custom office with a built-in unit and desk, perfect for working from home.

To enhance the modern look of the space, we removed the old wood-burning fireplace and installed a modern electric fireplace media unit. The stunning two-tone kitchen features white slim shaker doors and custom-stained solid white oak doors, along with built-in appliances with panel doors and champagne gold hardware. The massive island with a built-in oak dining table is perfect for family gatherings. To tie the space together, we replaced all the tiles with 10-inch wide white oak engineered floors throughout the main floor. Our team took great care to ensure that every detail was executed to perfection, resulting in a cohesive and stylish space that perfectly reflects the homeowners’ vision.
