We used Aria build about 1.5 yrs ago for a complete remodel of our first floor. After meeting with several contractors, we felt as though Behzad and his team were the best fit. We were very particular about choosing the right person, and Behzad allowed us to view multiple homes he had recently completed (the fact that people allowed us into their homes during a COVID time also speaks volumes to the relationships he keeps with past clients).Behzad was always forthcoming with any complications encountered during the reno, and allowed us the time to make appropriate decisions while keeping to our (tight) timeline. Unfortunately, I cannot go to our builder since things did not work out and we are left to figure out how to deal with any new issues on our own. Aria Build saved our house.We started renovations with another builder who (essentially) went out of business before our project was complete. We had an unusual design and the work-to-date had been sub-standard.I explicitly remember Aria Build's owner examining our house for 20-minutes and leaving. My experience with Aria build was the best custom home building experience anyone could ask for. Their sense of professionalism, dedication, and their attention to detail is quite simply exquisite. As a customer, I can truly say I am extremely satisfied with their amazing work ethic and the way they guaranteed that all of my requirements and wishes were met during the project. My parents helped me invest in my first home - I wanted to add this disclaimer because it is RIDICULOUSLY difficult to own your first home without some financial help. I was concerned about getting an older house because of the amount of renovations that were required; however, I knew that a custom-built house was out of my current budget. I spoke with Aria Build extensively before making my purchase because I knew all of the renos I had in mind and I wanted to make an appropriate budget. Aria Build clearly understood the old houses in the Upper Beaches and what to expect when you start working on them - this knowledge was helpful on many occasions during the construction. The scope of the completed work was extensive and included new subfloors, engineered hardwood floors, new trim, kitchen, staircase, doors, electrical and HVAC. The entire team was quick to find solutions as small hiccups came up during the project. They are truly a family-oriented company. Once I decide it’s time for a bigger house or I am ready for a custom-built home, I look forward to reaching out to Behzad and his team.

Aria Build takes great pride in all of its deliverables. I was surprised by the level of engagement and attention shown to us throughout the renovation. We engaged Aria Build for a major renovation to the main floor of our century house. This involved a complete gutting of the space back to the studs in order to build in a completely change the whole layout and design. To this we added a reno of the upstairs bath and a rebuild of our deck. Along the way we also had our roof, chimney and other items repaired. We hired Aria Build to do a major renovation of our 1970s bungalow - top floor addition, total interior and exterior remodel. Entire team was fantastic and handled all work with great professionalism and attention to detail. All aspects of the renovation were taken care of - from design and permits to final cleanup before we moved back in. They provided detailed schedule, set up weekly meetings to discuss progress, maintained frequent communication as necessary, provided us with lots of valuable recommendations for the selection of finishes. The worksite was left tidy at the end of the day. Renovation was completed in short 6 months, the quality of the work is impeccable.
