In our first meeting together, we work with you to understand your dream home and vision. After the initial consolation, the next step is to look for the ideal lot. Once we understand what the scope of work is, we can provide an estimated cost based on factors such as labour, materials, etc. If the estimate is agreed upon, we move on to the architectural and designing stages with our team. After all permits and approvals have been obtained, we proceed to the construction phase until the project is complete. Lastly, we clean up before delivering your brand new home.
