We used Aria build about 1.5 yrs ago for a complete remodel of our first floor. After meeting with several contractors, we felt as though Behzad and his team were the best fit. We were very particular about choosing the right person, and Behzad allowed us to view multiple homes he had recently completed (the fact that people allowed us into their homes during a COVID time also speaks volumes to the relationships he keeps with past clients).Behzad was always forthcoming with any complications encountered during the reno, and allowed us the time to make appropriate decisions while keeping to our (tight) timeline. Overall, we are very happy with the work Aria has done in our home. Being pregnant during this renovation, I felt as though Behzad did his best to keep my stress levels low, and most importantly, kept as close to the timeline as possible so that it could be move in ready by the time our child arrived.Of course, no reno is without it's complications, but any time we contacted Behzad post-job, he efficiently came back and addressed the problem without an issue. I have been messaging Aria Build about an ongoing issue we are dealing with in our new home. Unfortunately, I cannot go to our builder since things did not work out and we are left to figure out how to deal with any new issues on our own. Even through Aria Build was not the builder they took the time to listen to our problem and provide advice on the minimal amount of information they were given. They were even kind enough to provide a recommendation for a specific trade and also said if we needed any repair work done once the problem is solved I could reach out. Aria Build saved our house.We started renovations with another builder who (essentially) went out of business before our project was complete. We had an unusual design and the work-to-date had been sub-standard.I explicitly remember Aria Build's owner examining our house for 20-minutes and leaving. Other builders had refused to take the project and I thought Aria Build would decline too.However, Aria Build called back after 30-minutes with a plan to get started. They provided excellent workers, were on-time, on-budget, and handled new surprises with ease.I can't say enough good things about Aria Build.
