Modern Custom-Built Home in Donalda

Nestled in the coveted Donalda neighbourhood, our ongoing 4000 sq ft addition project is transforming a cramped bungalow into a spacious and luxurious family home. The existing garage was removed, and a new one was built in the front to create more space. The roof was then lifted, and an additional 2000 sq ft of living space was added, which includes 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, including a massive primary bedroom, a second-floor laundry, and a library. Large windows were strategically placed to flood the space with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. To maximize the space, we raised the ceilings on the main floor to 10 ft and underpinned the basement, increasing the ceiling height from 7 1/2 ft to 9 ft. We also replaced all the underground drainage pipes and completed a new water and sewer service.
