Aria Build was retained to design and build this custom multifamily development in East York, delivering five thoughtfully planned two-bedroom rental units, each with 1.5 washrooms. Every floor was designed as a self-contained two-bedroom suite, creating efficient and functional living spaces for modern urban living. The basement level was carefully raised to reduce the number of steps below grade, allowing for larger windows, increased natural light, a spacious rear patio door, and a comfortable sitting area that feels bright and welcoming.
This East York multifamily project reflects our belief that luxury rental units do not have to mean excessive construction costs. Through smart planning, efficient layouts, and intentional design, Aria Build created high-end living spaces that feel warm, refined, and practical. We partnered with Veralinea Design for the architectural plans, while the interior design was completed in-house to ensure every detail aligned with our vision for timeless, functional, and inviting homes.
As demand for multifamily housing in Toronto continues to grow, we believe these developments should enhance the neighbourhood rather than detract from it. Too many new builds feel boxy and out of place. Our goal with this East York project was to create a multifamily building that delivers strong functionality, beautiful design, and a streetscape presence that fits naturally within the surrounding community.
