With more than 10-years of experience in the custom home development space, we’ve had the opportunity to finely tune our skillset and learn what it takes to design and develop truly remarkable homes. As the father and founder behind the family business, he leads with integrity, discipline, and deep hands-on expertise earned over decades on site. An immigrant who built his life and raised his family through hard work and strong values, Ayon remains proud of the craft, reputation, and quality Aria Build delivers—treating every project as a reflection of the family name.
Behzad Ayon
Director
Behzad Ayon is the Director at Aria Build, bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience in residential construction. With a strong on-site foundation and a forward-thinking leadership style, he helps guide project execution, team performance, and day-to-day decision-making at a high level. As second in command within the family leadership team, Behzad is focused on driving growth, strengthening systems, and elevating the Aria Build standard across every build.
Jamil Abdullah
Director of Construction
Jamil Ayon is the Lead Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in high-end residential construction and renovations. With deep expertise in complex structural work—including rough framing, concrete, and building sequencing—he brings a disciplined, detail-driven approach to every stage of the build. Known for calm leadership on site and precise coordination across trades, Jamil helps ensure each project runs smoothly, efficiently, and to an exceptional standard.

Chief of Operations
Ahmad is the Chief of Operations at Aria Build, bringing over 15 years of experience in business operations and organizational management. He leads the systems behind the work—optimizing workflows, strengthening internal processes, and supporting the team with clear structure and execution. With a strong ability to manage complex moving parts across multiple projects, Ahmad helps ensure Aria Build operates efficiently and delivers a consistently high-end client experience.
Nekruz Ayon
Junior Project Manager
Nekruz Ayon is a Junior Project Manager at Aria Build and part of the next generation of the family business. With a diploma in Business Management and hands-on site experience since the age of 14, he supports day-to-day site operations and project coordination with a strong understanding of how builds come together in the field. Nekruz works closely with senior leadership and trades to keep projects organized, track progress, and support smooth execution from start to finish.
