Our clients needed more space, they needed space for their nanny as well a separate kitchen too. We completely removed the rear end of their home and extended 10 ft, which increased the sq footage of the home by 900 sq ft. We also removed load-bearing walls and transformed the main floor, making it an open concept. We also extended the master bedroom and added a full walk-in closet and Ensuite which they didn’t have before. In the basement, they now have two new bedrooms and a kitchen for their nanny.
