North York Project, 2021

This house stands out in an older neighborhood with older homes in the North York neighborhood, we added an extension to the foyer, with a full bathroom over it, and a massive bedroom over the garage, we also gutted and renovated the entire home, changed the layout, removed structural walls, so our clients can have an open concept on the main floor. We also raised the ceilings on the hallway and added two big skylights. The mix of stone and stucco gives the house the curb appeal every homeowner hopes for.
